ChatGPT Enterprise will be used by state employees to create and edit copy, update policy language, draft job descriptions, and help with coding. The enterprise version comes with enhanced security and privacy features, addressing the concerns regarding potential security vulnerabilities that have been associated with generative AI.
This initiative, in partnership with OpenAI, showcases a proactive approach by Governor Shapiro’s administration to harness the power of generative AI while mitigating its risks. The pilot program’s success may pave the way for other state governments to adopt similar AI tools for their operations.
