Rebellions, a South Korean AI chip startup, has secured $124 million in a Series B funding round, with strategic investors such as KT, Temasek’s Pavilion Capital, Korea Development Bank, Korelya Capital, and DG Daiwa Ventures participating. The funding will be used to develop its third AI chip, Rebel, and to ramp up production of its data center-focused chip, Atom, as well as for hiring.
